Totally of the Subject

Last night cooked the best spinach

Ingredients

* 2 teaspoons butter
* 1 pound fresh spinach cut into small pieces washed and stemmed
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter.
2. Add spinach to skillet then cover and cook over medium heat 3 minutes.
3. Remove cover and stir spinach until leaves are wilted and tender about 1 minute.
4. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
